lack of strength after hard workout in muscles

like, when I work out, and im done lifting 3 sets to my 70% 1RM or something, those muscles feel heavy and hard to move. is that lactic acid buildup and could I avoid that by using creatine?

3 sets is plenty.

apart from that i would recommend adequate warm-ups, hydration, and balanced diet, not to mention other important supplements, before trying creatine. it won't help much if those other items aren't in order.

working out isn't about how much you can do on paper. If you are training til you're tired then your muscles are getting their work and you will see improvement over time. You don't want to overdo it or you might hurt yourself.

to do more sets you must lower the weight. this is why volume training (lots of sets with a weight that allows you lots of sets and reps) produces very slow strength gains and very little functional hypertrophy.
