Taurine is the one you want and Leucine, which is the amino acid used to by the body as a marker to gauge protein levels and is anabolic by itself as it stimulates muscle protein synthesis.

I like this so far bc if it isn’t totally obvious my pre frontal cortex is likely underdeveloped and dopamine and serotonin are likely lower than the average. It’s doing wonders for my emotional intelligence

I eat 6-12 eggs daily which I just saw contain lots of Leucine so luckily that’s covered.
