I've been trying to do complex, heavy lifting wiht olympic barbells. I weight 145 pounds now, (I was at 130 when I started 4 months ago) My max bench is only about 100 lbs, so I've still not very strong, just because I've been so under weight and small all my life. I'm been using these 45 lbs barbells with 10 - 20 lbs attached to each end, doing squats, roman deadlifts, cuban barbell curls, and some other things.

My problem is that after just a few minutes, my knees start shaking like crazy! You can imagine how this hurts my form after a few minutes. What do i need to do to stop this?

work on your lower body! your lower body is weak, and your putting it under a lot of strain when lifting.

your quads are still weak, you need to work on your muscular endurance. Just keep lifting, your body will adapt.
