In my most recent experiences with kino, they have worked to my benefit whether I like the girl or not.

High fiving a girl has created an orbiter, not a bad looking one either.

While asking a girl for her number, I had my hand on her back and could feel her bra strap separating from her back as her posture opened.

All the fvcking time. If I am successful with one touch then I'll escalate to another. Like a ladder

I go for a hug when we first meet and casually touch the small of their back when entering a doorway or passing by a crowd.

I will also occasionally pinch their arm or thigh, as if to get their attention, when we're sitting at a bar or something.

It definitely helps build a rapport.

And like @Espi said, always go for the kiss when you walk them back to their car.
