There are many threads on this forum that discuss this but the gist of it is, just start right off after introductions. Just touch her on the arm or shoulder, and just escalate different places over a long time.

The signs she like it vary by the girl... some will kino you back, some won't. The basic rule of thumb is if she is pulling away while you are kinoing *properly*, its probably not going well for you and might be a sign to eject.

And if she does it to you, just escalate it further - the whole process is like a dance - its not something you should be *actively* responding to, but just subtly taking to the next level.
