I am going to take it easy with weight lifting because of my hand. The doctor said I need to rest.

Abs:
Incline Situp (20 reps/3 sets)

Elliptical: 19:49
Calories Burned: 517 cals

Sleep: 8.5 hours

Rise: 12:00 PM
Bed: 4:30 AM

Yeah, I noticed one thing that you should try to work on. Your diet seems to be a little off for a cutting cycle. I would try to throw in a protein shake when you can't eat a meal. (You can carry the powder in a shaker and add water when your ready for it.) I would also cut out the sausage for breakfast. Try for something like egg whites, a piece of fruit, peanut butter, and maybe a protein shake or bar. I noticed your also drinking green tea. I drink it once a day and it is suppose to accelerate your metabolism and increase fat loss. Just work on your diet a little and you should be straight once your hand gets better.

Yeah. I start off at ~4.0 mph on the elliptical for 4-5 minutes of warmup. Then I do 20 sec sprint, 10 sec jog sequences (about 6 of them) as my HIIT. After that, I cooldown for however long I want, but not going slower than 3.8 mph, but I usually stay above 4.0

Wow medik thanks a lot this is a goldmine. My hand is a real pain both figuratively and literally. It'll be better by the end of this week. You had a post on peanut butter and I'm going to incorporate that into my diet. Thanks again.

I pooped 1 time today.

I changed it so I have MEAL 1, MEAL 2, etc instead of the 3 set meals because then I can add meals and track progress better I guess.

Maybe I should start filling in the ???....

I felt like I was going to throw up so I stopped, took a rest, and ate a meal.

I gained 2 pounds. Maybe it's because I drank a lot of water. Who knows? But hopefully I can lose it all and get down to 145 by tomorrorw.

I felt like I was going to throw up again so I stopped, rested, typed this up and now I'm goign to sleep early. I'm tired of this slickster skim-by-everything nocturnal liffestyle I am living. I can't take it anymore. I want to wake up tomorrow morning around 8:00 AM. I want to so bad. :(

Threw up in the morning. Threw up a few more times. Ate some stuff. Took like 10 pills. Really tired. Diarrhea, musta lost a lot of weight/water. I think I also had some minor food poisoning. This blows. :(

Sleep: ~16 hours (slipping in and out of consciousness)

You have all sorts of obstacles from keeping you from lifting. Your hand was messed up and now your sick.....good luck with your recovery and hopefully your luck turns around.
