"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

This is a response to the ever increasing number of us trying to meet women through the computer/cell in any way shape or form and those of us stuck this website asking questions of what to do. ( and it's your lucky day cause I would have never done this unless we had a two-hour delay. I love teaching. :) )

First I am in no way a master DJ/PUA. (Just wanted to get that out of the way.) I've made my mistakes and keep making them everyday until one day I'll find that certain woman. There's no game between you and her. She doesn't ever really know you yet.The only game is between you and yourself. Do I pick up women all the time? NO! (p.s. That's why I chose my screen name, I'm being very picky.) Do I sit on the computer looking for women? NO! I get my a$$ out there and make mistakes. I don't sit in my comfort zone trying to pull them in through a computer screen by chat, or trying to figure out what to do next. Why do you think these women are on the computer in the first place? I'll tell you...

BECAUSE YOUR SORRY A$$ IS NOT OUT THERE TRYING TO MEET THEM! THAT'S WHY.

So now you know. I've made plenty of mistakes and you know what? My friends and family that witness them and myself laugh our a$$es off talking about what I did wrong. And each time I say to myself, "At lest I grabbed my balls and tried." Hell even some of these HB's laugh their a$$es off. And why not? It was funny. I've even had them approach me and talk about it. Then I calmly say, "I've been laughing at that all week. Would you mind if I try again?"

So I have 3 pieces of advice:
1. (I already gave you this one. If you missed it I can't help you.)
2. When you do get out there don't try sooooo hard to meet women. Through observation of family, friends, and total strangers trying to do a pick-up, I've seen eagerness kill the deal. Relax, be a little funny and you won't scare her away.
3. There's no game. Talk to them all. Get comfortable in your own skin, so you can finally get off the computer. Read the stuff on this site and go start using it. In response to Casino's post: I started with Pook and MotU and Anti-Dump.

So while you're typing away next time chatting with that lovely lady (actually how do you know, this is a totally different topic) or debating what to do with the one you're stuck on, I want you to remember this: I just got her number, and have started on the next chick. So what are you going to do about that!

And yes this has all been said before, but the funny thing is I'm not reading it this time. I'm telling it to you...lol

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I agree sitting here complaining isn't going to get anyone anywhere....
The only way this stuff works is if you get out there and practice.

I also don't really approve of the whole internet dating thing....what, are people that lazy????

"oh, i'll grab some bread, some milk, update my dating profile, check out if i won that auction, and blah blah blah...."

i think the information super-highway is turning into something beyond what we ever imagined: a death trap.

but hey, i laugh at danger. HAHAHA!!!

its about self control. u need to know when to get off. and just cuz u CAN do it online, doesnt mean u SHOULD. nothing can replace good ol' human interaction.
