I've once set up a date about a month in advance because of a big exam I had.

One time I was at a different country and scheduled to meet when I came back, which was about 4 months later lol

Its 2022, people have busy schedules. i wouldnt fret it. If she flakes on you just say “I need people around me who are responsible and can comitt to appointments and keep their word. Now we know that this wouldnt have worked for me anyway. I hope everything goes well for you.”
