Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

You can learn some good throws, a few submissions, how to fall correctly which is very important, how to use someone's bodyweight/strength against them. My favorite throw is from judo, the head and arm, but it is also used in other grappling sports, I learned it in wrestling.

modern judo wont give you a good ground game. it will teach you how to throw though.

judo is much more applicable in real life than in mma like bjj is much less aplicable in real life than it is in mma.

the bjj thing was visible on the drunk fight in the ultimate fighter last season where the guy pulled an armbar and just got his head spiked against the concrete. mats make bjj more applicable than it really is.

same with modern judo. being thrown onto a mat doesnt hurt that badly. being judo thrown onto concrete can kill you.

the mats in the ufc also make striking less applicable than it is in real life. theyre really squishy and hard to balance on. not to mention they get very slippery. so its hard to get leverage for your kicks and punches. in real life on concrete, its not. in real life a striker and wrestler/ judoka > bjj even though bjj > judoka/ wrestler and striker in mma.
