So do you agree then sleeping with a new girl every week can have detrimental effects on future serous relationships and family?

Simply put, the more attractive women you sleep with that have high value, the more you realize they are easier to get than you think if you're not sleeping with attractive high value women.

If you have the looks, personality and status, it is very easy. The easier it is, the quicker you realize you dont have to put up with red flags and bullshyte from one of them because when that door closes, 2 more open in terms of more attractive/high value women.

The important thing is to not totally become disconnected that these women also have feelings and emotions, so its best to be straight up with them from the start and avoid having chicks blow up on you or burn bridges along the way.

True, and it's also dangerous IF you want to be in a LTR. The more attractive women you sleep with, the easier it is to "next" when problems come up.

So while you are building skills to sleep with plenty of attractive women, you are simultaneously NOT building conflict resolution skills.

One of the problems is all this stuff was taken care of in the past with external incentives (social proof, religion, etc.). To fully handle all the complexities of modern dating, one must have a significant amount of resolve, which most people (especially young attractive women) DON'T have.

Wait did you guys mean quality as in value/SMV or quality as in moral character (not being with too many people)?

If you're referring to self improvement, both. Fact is, the higher your SMV, the easier you'll have it. But you should also always act with integrity, not for any game related reason but because it's the right way to live your life.

Lay count isn't a reflection of integrity. A high lay count in women is more an indicator of other issues.

If you're talking about what to look for in women, in an LTR character is way more important than looks for obvious reasons. Whereas if you're just laying pipe then neither really matters outside of your personal choices.
