ive been offered to help with new hires at my fast food job...yeah whatever. i was thinking of making a questionaire for them to fill out. was wondering if i could get a little help. what is fair to ask someone who is only 16?? i was thinking q's like 'what do you think is your best/worst quality?' or 'name a time when you were able to calm a heated situation...what did you do? what was the outcome?

knowing you guys, i'll get some really crazy ones...but i would appreciate some serious ones. thanks

i think just ask "get to know you" type questions..
theres no real point in asking about best/worst quality, how do u handle a heated situation.. they are all going to give u the same answers..

you're best to just look for hygenic kids who turn up. then u'll find out if they work hard enough pretty quickly..

It's fast food. Asking them to fill out a screening questionnaire is laughable... it's not like you're going to pay them more than minimum wage, or that their job is actually a long-term career option for them...
