I have a chubby face despite being pretty skinny, and I figured maybe exercising the facial muscles would tighten up my face, like a facelift XD. I stumbled upon this:

Anyone have any experiences with jaw exercises? Do they help with loose skin (my face looks chub because of loose skin)?

Do lots of chin stretches- look straight up, as high as you can see, with your bottom jaw protruding. Do three sets of 8, and then do side-by-side chin stretches(turn head and point jaw towards each shoulder, as far as they can go....no hands, please). Cut the salt intake, and drink a gallon of water each day. Don't worry- if you drink enough water, your body will not retain it.

Want higher cheekbones too? kokk your bottom jaw sideways, while slowly opening your mouth, as wide as possible. Repeat, for the other side. I went from being a no-neck, moon-faced pudgeball, to having sculpted cheekbones, and a well-defined cleft chin, too. Lastly- proper diet and "eating clean" will carve out the remaining facial flab very well. Do these exercises before going to bed, every night(stretched skin tightens-up, as you sleep). Expect noticeable results in about three weeks.

Any before and after pics? This sounds excited, maybe I might turn into one of those hot guys that don't work for poon.

Also someone on here told me a long time ago to chew gum, it has worked some.

I wouldn't waste my time with that. Jaw exercises? Sounds like a joke.

If your face is chubby, just exercise and eat right. When a man loses excess weight, the first place he loses it from is the face (the last place is the stomach).
