I really think it's something they're putting in our food. I've heard talk about corn syrup and GMOs. It seems like you have to make a conscious effort to keep your weight down now, where as before it was effortless. And I mean that beyond simply talking about myself, or age differences. It's a societal change.

My ex wife is 5' 4". She was in beauty pageants shortly before I met her and had gained maybe 10-15 pounds from her swimsuit competition body when I met her at college.
