I've been reading Anthony's "1...1000" thread. I read Lik's Field Report. I read other stuff by people stating their success. There was a common pattern...
They didn't overanalyze things.
It's so easy to get a girl. You don't have to have the perfect thing to say, you just need something worthwhile to say. You don't need a certain attitude, just one not of pure nearvousness. You don't need the right look, just one that doesn't scream "Spare change sir?"
Just sit down, relax, look at that girl you like, and smile. Not a "Goomer Pile while loading the gun" smile, but a "I feel good" smile. You don't need to sit there and wonder "should I look at her?" "Do I go talk to her?" Just do it. Do what feels right, not what you think 5 seconds later.
