Day 3/? (don't know how long I want to go, probably 21 days or until the need stops... because then there'll be nothing to fight!)
Haven't noticed any "energy bursts", and I'm still quite lethargic during the school day (its easier for me to sleep at 3:00pm than at night...)
It's been on my mind more, but I use whatever distraction techniques I can, along with concentration techniques (you could call it meditating, but with your eyes open).
The most suprising thing is that thinking (or concentrating on), on disturbing images, or of serious pain being inflicted to the genitals (lol), doesn't really work to curb any craving anymore.
And damn... that's after 3 days....
It almost makes me anxious about day 8.... as I am honestly one of those people that did it every day...
Although, I am also anxious to see whether or not I feel better because of this.
