"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hi guys,

I have a big problem with cold approaches. I think that it does not affect me much to receive a rejection from the girl, which I want to approach. It is more the crowd around me, that freaks me out.

Somehow, I cannot ignore all the people around me and I feel like the big entertainer for them. Sadly, I feel not as a DJ entertainer more as an AFC entertainer.

I have no clue how to shut them off in my brain. Has anyone an idea?

All the posts in the DJ bible deal more with the problem of beeing to insecure because of the girl.
But for me, it is not the girl, it is the crowd.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

It's too difficult to just try and switch off whatever insecurities you have with a crowd. Best way of overcoming it is to get used to it. Hang out in a crowd over and over again until you get used to whatever way it is you handle it. You should be tough enough to do something positive if you're not handling crowds the best you think you can. Either that or you just don't give a shyte about crowds anymore because you're just too sick and tired of entertaining them.

You know, I was thinking about "Its not he girl its the crowd" earlier today. Think about it...

Some HB9 is at a club with her girls. Think of all the horny douchebags without game that have approached her and failed. If they did win her over, surely she'd be with him.

Well whatever the reason, picture that HB9 at Blockbuster or drug store. She's not going to have Area 51 defenses up and running. IMO she will be much easier to approach for the simple fact that she doesnt have to worry about 100 horny guys who think they're Victoria Gottis 4th son trying to ram their **** up her skirt.

Yeah she may want that later in the evening, but thats what isolation is for, not the bar.

It could be countered with saying "well you cant be that confident then if you're not secure around other guys" or whatever other crap comes to mind.

Approach where you're comfortable.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

This is what I did once, to get over it:

Open a set on the bus. What I did was turned around and opened a set a few seats behind me, talking loudly enough for pretty much everyone to hear. Basicly the whole bus heard me run game on this three-set until I had to get off. You will realize that:

-No one cares

OR

-They respect you for doing what 95% of the other guys would never do. The girls wish you were hitting on them, and the guys go "damn".
