It depends on how strong your seduction skills are. One of the highest notch guys I knew kept a messy apartment and got a girlfriend. He is a 6'4" ex college athlete. That mattered more than the messy apartment. He later put a ring on it and she cleans their house now.

I struggle to keep my place tidy, my spare room is now not my office but a junk room. I leave things everywhere then do a mad cleanup when anyone comes over. Amante Silver taught me some good techniques actually.

Im busy as hell so I have a hard time keeping things up. I clean to a reasonable level, but there's smaller stuff that require an hour or two of investment like the kitchen or bathroom that I simply don't have time to do.

Would you argue that girls you have a lot of sex with are effectively your gf? Even if she's a plate? I'm starting to realize that even we dont voice it, we're technically being boyfriend and girlfriend hanging out that way.

No, I would not argue that. I would call that more of a situationship. A relationship has to be more defined and there has to be an expectation of monogamy.
