What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Don't actually know much about BB.com as a supplement provider, ie whether they are any good.

A lot of the information on it is awful and the majority of posters on the forums dreadful.

Their store might be alright.

Myprotein.co.uk is a safe bet for the UK guys, and bulkpowdwers.co.uk as well.

Trueprotein.com for the Americans.

Quagmire, which protein do you use from myprotein.com? I'm tempted to buy the rice one as its really cheap (not even £8), but in the reviews most people say it has a really gritty texture.

and also is the P+P included in the price?

Yes buy it, I use the same whey and have had no problems. Only chocolate tastes good though. Myprotein net prices are not good btw. :)

Nope just protein powder, convenient to use after workout and in any other times where it's useful. Don't go overboard on it. :)

Myselve being extremely lean (I burn calories like crazy and have trouble eating enough to compensate) I like the fact that creatine makes your muscles hold water, which instantly gives you between 1 - 3 kgs of extra weight (disappears again when you stop using it though). You have to have low BF for this to be noticable though, or you might just look more fat.
Also it makes you a bit stronger (not sure if this is proven but it sure feels that way) so you can train a bit heavier.

Are u kidding? of course it's been scientifically proven, it was scientifically proven before they even decided to turn it into a supplement. that is the whole premise of Creatine (Creatine Monophosphate) i.e more ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate) in muscle fibres therefore more energy available = more strength.

Show me a UK supplier that has better prices MM.
www.bodyactive-online.co.uk and H&B with their regular offers of £11. The prices on myprotein.com are NOT real. They charge you like £6-7 on top of the listed prices for P&P and that's if you live nearby. The cheapest P&P is like £6 and that takes like 4-5 days to get to your door. Why do that when you can buy a tub of whey yourself for £11?
