"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

This is rather annoying.

I met her last summer, we had this “fling” and then another in January when I went to this New Year’s Party she invited me to.

Anyway, so since then she’ll be in touch every couple of weeks or so: usually calls me via FaceBook.

From what I know, she ha a boyfriend now, so I’ve been quietly ignoring her calls and messages. Yet, she still tries to get in touch?

Is this normal?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Does she live in the same area? She is seeking attention so yeah its normal. Ask her out and if she refuses then go NC for good. This one is simply wasting your time it looks like.

She is trying to solicit you for the Orbiter's Club. No reason to join this club has no benefits for you what so ever.

This is what it really boils down too....you give a woman attention, she gives you sex. If you aren't getting sex then she is using you/leading you on/recruiting you for an orbiter position. Don't be one of those guys.

I'm not really seeing a problem. Don't bother worrying about what you've "heard". Always judge by actions.

You hear she has a boyfriend yet you recently had a fling with her and she's calling you? So far so good. The "boyfriend" thing you heard could be false rumor, or they might not be "together" - could just be friends, friends with benefits or whatever. You just don't know so you shouldn't care.

Just like marmel75 said, you respond to her contacting you by asking her out. This forces her to lay her cards on the table about what she wants. Either she wants to see you, or she wants something else like attention. If her response is ANYTHING other than a yes, then she isn't interested in you right now. If it's a yes, then she is so go ahead and see her.

The only time I let word of a "boyfriend" influence my actions is if I hit on a girl and SHE (not her girlfriend she's standing there with, but HER directly from her mouth) says she has a boyfriend. I'll usually reply with something funny and then move on.

You don't know until you've tried finding out, you won't find out unless you talk to her and see where it leads. You don't instantly become an orbiter if you reply, only if you keep replying when it's obvious she's leading you on.

You think they give out sex just for "attention?"

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Well you gotta give something to get sex. If all she wants is attention, that seems like a bargain.
Not really. If you have, for example, 10 girls vying for your attention, then the value of your attention holds significant currency; hence, quid pro quo.

The goal is make your attention worth something. You do this through abundance.

Why do so many of you men keep letting bitches lead you?

You set the program and the bytch either gets in line or gets dropped. Simple and low stress.
