“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I made 3 slices of bacon, 3 whole eggs, toasted 2 pieces of wheat bread some tomato slices and a handful of spinich leaves and made a sandwich. I also had a glass of orange juice and a banana. I know the spinach, tomatos, wheat bread and banana is good, but is it too fatty with the bacon and eggs(as well as the butter I used to cook the scrambled eggs)?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Meant to say wheat bread, don't know how I wrote white.

I usually eat turkey sandwiches for lunch but eat them so much I was getting tired of them so I switched it up. So I'd probably alternate and have that a few days a week, turkey the other days.

it sounds fine either way. of course there's a whole lot more to a diet than a single meal, especially when which you only have it semi-regularly.

thing with orange juice is that you can rack up a lot of sugars with it quickly. but again - that's isolating one food choice, in the context of the overall diet it could be absolutely fine.

simple rule: if you look or feel like sh!t after eating something, stop eating it. if you look and feel good, chow down. :D

What's weird is my stomach feels funny after I eat at McDonald's, I rarely go there, maybe once a year. Yet if I eat at a different burger joint like Inn-n-Out here in California, I feel just fine after.
