If anything she feels comfortable around you and doesn't see you see you as a lurking rapist. Thus she may be inclined to take you up on a date.

be coy, she's the aggressor in the situation. you want to make her feel like she's on a continuous chase for you by hanging validation in front of her. Then you can bang her as much as you want...
next time you see her leaving tell her you're gonna take her up on the ride and escalate. Car is a really easy place for that. It's close quarters and she's driving so she's gonna be distracted. Get some rapport then see if you can get your hand on her thigh or something like that.. Afterwards try to get her into your house and bang her, sounds like she's throwing green lights your way bud, go get her.
