You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
Hmm, yeah. I used to try doing shoulders with chest+triceps, but by the time I've done my incline press and dips, my triceps have been hit too hard to do shoulder presses. My suggestion would be to do your overhead presses seated, with dumbbells, with a wider grip (i.e. place the dumbbells wider than your shoulders). This involves your triceps less.I tried adding in military press on the 2nd day, but triceps really felt overtrained. For some reason military press seems to strain up upper back the most and cause slight pain.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Going past 90 degress can strain the sh1t out of your shoulders.spesmilitis said:common mistake is only going low enough so that elbows are only 90 degrees.
i.e. squats, deadlifts, bench presses, chinups and calf raises.
Uh what? I don't know what kind of wacky body you have.donjuanjovi said:The only exercise in there that touches the shoulder is the bench press.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
Although you're asking mrRuckus, my opinion is that you should put an overhead pressing movement in, so that you'll have all the basic movements...squat, deadlift, bench, pullup and shoulder press. The bench and pullups and deadlifts should hit the shoulders at least somewhat, but it's your choiceSo mrR., would you say I am hitting my shoulders enough, would you add overhead presses or would you maybe add bent over rows?
Yeah I wasn't really thinking when I posted that. I just think he should include some sort of direct shoulder movement in his routine.mrRuckus said:Uh what? I don't know what kind of wacky body you have.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
