Is she concerned as a friend or just guilty?

So I've been no contact with my ex for nearly 3 months.
Recently i got really drunk, cant remember **** but i was left alone and my ex's best friend saw me and i was yelling for my ex and saying i miss her and ****, and she told her about how drunk i was etc.
My ex then proceeded to contact my sister on facebook asking if i was home and if i was ok, thats it. And this was 2 weeks ago
Why did she do that ? And should i just ignore ? Because i heard from her ****ed up best friend shes seeing someone new

Don't mind her. Whatever she'll do isn't gonna help, even if it is going back to see you. You'll miss opportunities if you stick your thoughts to that girl. Stay far from it and come back at life stronger and wiser.

That's right. There is nothing she can do to help you get over your problem. I have read somewhere that it's easy to act alpha when you're in a relationship, but it is in times like this that you get to see what you're truly made of. Now is that time for you. Build yourself into something else. Find your passion and go meet some new girls.
