Is OnlyFans Killing the Strip Club and Breastaurant?

i read an article stating that the restaurant business /hospitality industry is down 22 percent due to zika the recession and covid anyways.

Here's my take from seeing strip clubs change the past 30yrs.

1. A lot of 80's rock bands promoted strip clubs in their music and videos. You don't have that anymore. Also the music back then was a great fit for strip clubs.

2. Strippers used to make their money off the stage. Some could actually dance. Most changed outfits thru out the night. It was about putting on a show. Now days they can't dance, they wear lame outfits and don't change. All the money is made off lap dances and hand jobs in the back. So it's attracted a different type of girl. If you don't want to get dirty you aren't going to make as much money unless you're really hot and hustler.

3. Entertaining is hard work, nobody is happy and in the mood to party 4-5 days a week. Only Fans is much easier and you have more control. You also don't deal with disrespectful customers. It's horrible some of the things guys try and get away with. Dating strippers and hearing their stories set me back a bit.

4. There are too many girls that don't look good naked these days. More fatties than ever before in the 20 something age group. The clubs are all using traveling dancers or bringing in foreign girls. Lots of dirty cuban girls dancing.

5. Groups of Businessmen used to frequent clubs on business trips/conventions. Now days corporations frown upon that.

6. There isn't as much money to be made. It wasnt uncommon in the 90's-2005 for girls to be able to afford nice Mercedes, BMW's,and Porsches. A lot of strippers had nice cars. A friend of mine was averaging $1500/nite back in early 2000's.

There is truth on the connections to 1980s rock bands. However, a lot of hip hop of the last 20-25 years works for strip clubs too. It's been a long time since I've been to a strip club.

I had never read that story about you. I can imagine how that would be possible so I don't think that's a bad thing. You apparently weren't a big spender so that's not simping. Did you happen to go on slower nights? It seems possible that a strip club on a Tuesday or Wednesday night would allow for an extended conversation.

Yeah I barely spent anything. Thru a few bucks on the main stage and that was it. I'd go in the late afternoon around 3-6.

On Fridays At the byob clubs my buddies and I would bring lots of alcohol to share with the girls. Had some unique liquor bottles and names of booze. One liquor bottle was in the shape of a tommy gun that stood 2' tall which was always a big hit. Had some other liquors called Gay Rum, and CahkBurn. They were great Convo pieces. We had a huge bottle of grey goose that had cheap vodka in it. It was all about presentation. We were known as the fun party crowd to hang out with. We became the entertainment. It got to the point where it was expected and if we missed a week they were texting us. After a few weeks, 3 of us had stripper girl friends.

We also made it a point to become friends with the security, door girls, and dj.

Those door girls are easy to pickup, but the security will always cahk block you.

The biggest difference between a strip club and a breastaurant is that it would be possible to have a meaningful conversation with a male friend while at a breastaurant. At a strip club, that isn't happening.

Twin Peaks has done well getting to roughly 100 locations. They have a solid grasp on the marketing mix. There's so much competition now in the breastaurant space that these brands need to find ways to differentiate. The differentiator for Twin Peaks was having outfits with midriffs showing and the hunting lodge interior theme.

Some breastaurants will use women in G string bikinis as the point of differentiation.

I would be happy if there just weren't any fat chick waitresses at such places.
