I think that's what it really comes down to -- the average guy has to put in work, deal with all sorts of BS, and play all these stupid games to have a chance at sex with a girl. All a girl has to do is spread her legs for whatever guy she accepts out of the HORDES of guys that approach her on a daily basis.

Guys have to do all the work and all the approaching in our society, and suffer all the rejection. Therefore, guys who can successfully "win" multitudes of women in bed are looked more favorably upon than girls who simply open up their legs and accept multitudes of guys who approach.

Yep, where I live, quite big city, there are decent looking girls that never kissed a guy at 19.. I´m serious... Here most people has closed friend circles, so they hang out with the same people and to the same places all the time... so it´s not that good for having lots of partners...

We have choice in who to approach, but women, more often than not, have the final say in who they choose. You can approach a hot woman but if she doesn't find you attractive from the get-go, you've got an uphill battle. Women have the luxury of sitting back and rejecting guys. Guys gotta be confident, badass, dealers, rich, CEO's, etc. etc. to have a shot at the best of women. Pu$$y has a high market value, and women know that. those who know from experience will tell you, there is a definite difference between the party girl described above and the quality girl you want to keep.

today, 25 partners is the norm. because the norm is to be slutty. its the sex in the city mindset. but that doesnt mean that WE have to accept it.

dont get me wrong. ive had a lot of fun, wild times with the party girls. but in the end its meaningless. im a firm believer that man is responsible for his own happiness - but when it comes to having a partner in your life, youll be much more fulfilled to have the girl who has self respect for herself. as well as a craving for life, matching your own. not a craving for martinis and girls-night-out every weekend.

Damn, I am 31, and barely hit half that figure, but like someone said, it was partly due to my under the thumb upbringing and time being focused on getting my career sorted.

To me 25+ seems like a high number at that age, but saying that one of my close friends had slept with 23 guys before even graduating.

I see sex differently now than I used to. Before I couldn't stop thinking about my ex having sex with other guys, but now I guess I'm slowly moving on. My ex was my first and so I was to her. To answer your question though, I feel 25 before the age of 20 is very high. My ex just turned 20 and she's been with probably 3 guys including me. Don't ask how I know. We all have that one girl who we messed up on. Most of the girls I know are at their early 20s and from what I know most of them hasn't even reached 5 yet. Most of them are Asians which are more into exclusivity I guess. 25 is definitely a high number to me unless you are a guy who happens to be a real dj, then you should be at least dating 3 girls at the same time and just f*cking girls left and right.

I don't think 25 sex partners for a woman by her 25th birthday is the norm. There are too many women in some sort of extended relationship during high school, college (if attending), and early 20s for her to put up that notch count.

Female notch counts in general are rising, mainly due to a small percentage of women who get around. That would raise the female average but the median (50th percentile) notch count likely hasn't risen as fast as the average.

I think this "party slut" thing needs to stop. Hoes these days are getting smashed on tinder, many never stepping foot in a club or bar. They are smashed in rented apartments and rented cars after a swipe on an app.
