well is it? the thing is Im pretty sure most girls get turned off

when they see me because I look mad or pissed off. And the

thing is im not. But everyday I struggle to stay happy and its just

not working. The thing is also is im busy doing house work and

crap so sometimes its hard for me to smile. so if you have some

advise please help me out. thanks alot.

Holy...even after 3 times I feel like snapping...I suck at this whole 'bottling up emotions' thing...

You didnt mention why you are angry or depressed, if you know and simply didnt want to post'em(understandable) try to work on those before you worry about women. If you dont know....well if your a teenager then trust me, everyone is angry and depressed...some just hide it better than others..

if your with me in the mid-20's....well there's always therapy and drugs but I do believe these are really a way of finding the causes.

Women are not a means to the end of making yourself a happy well adjusted individual...they come once you are a happy well adjusted individual

Put all your priorities into one of the three categories,

1. Things I have to do - Reward your self with #2

2. Things I want to do - Happy !!

3. I Don't give a fck - then go back to #2

Try and find enjoyment in all aspects of your life. Your work, your crap, all of it. If you're happy with your life, then others will be happy with you. (i.e. more friends and more women.)

But when you're pissed be pissed.
