"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Bible Belt made a great point. At SoSuave we often neglect to recognize the importance of psychology, and how women (and men) tend to be products of their environment...usually the environment they grew up in.

Grew up in drama = will seek r/s that have drama
Grew up abandoned by daddy = will seek r/s with emotionally unavailable partners

etc etc etc.

This is all unconscious behavior, and it looks like that's what your chick is doing. When you're high, it frustrates her because you're disconnected on some level which probably mimics her father's behavior to a large extent. Just a hunch, I'm no professional :p

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I think she likes the drama and the emotion.
I think it's more her lack of options.

But hey, I'm not a psychologist. I just play one on TV. ;)

I don't regard it as being ok, but it's almost bound to happen, as is her being a jerk at times, too. I try to be always the good mate for her, because I want the same in return.

All men are mean degrading *******s that see women as vehicles of getting their own selfish desires. Men do not see females as human beings with thoughts, feelings and needs like their own. Females are just objects to be used for certain purposes and ignored for others.

You are mean to your wife because like every other male on this planet, you are selfish and have no compassion or empathy for anybody who is a female.
Cool story bro.

yeah, this issue has resolved itself. Turns out I needed some good meds from the shrink. We are talking controlled substance (very low dose), and I no longer feel the need to smoke and drink.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

This is one thing that has changed as I have gotten older. When I was a kid, street drugs were very common. But these days, prescription drugs have become insanely popular. I bet most of the people I know are on some kind of antidepressant, anti-anxiety drug, mood stabilizer, opiate, or amphetamine.
