“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Im trying to bulk up and right now I am currently only lifting on mondays and thursdays. I workout my legs and lower back on mondays and the rest of my torso on thursdays, each muscle gets worked out once a week. Would I get better results if I split my workout to three times a week?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Then most likely yes.

It's hard to work out which routine is specifically better for you considering we don't know anything about you :)

How pushed for time are you? Are you making good gains on the routine you're currently doing? There's no need to change it if you're doing good already but if you wanna switch, go for it, you'll probably do good on either routine mate
