"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

How many of you guys do it, or have done it?

Personally, have no problems with it. My feelings are, if two people are into each other, it doesn't matter if one of them is a different race from the other.

My ethnic background is 50% British/ 50% German (so I'm as white as you could possibly get) yet a lot of African-American chicks are into me. I can't really explain why that is, but far be it from me to pass it up. :)

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I see no problem in mixing, but I am latin, and in my personal experience, I have the most success with latin girls, cuz I get rejected a lot by american girls, but So far I have had only one rejection from a latin girl.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I've never had sexual interest in an African American girl. I see ones that I think are good looking but the sexual attraction just isn't there.

I don't use race as a measure of beauty. In every race, ethnicity, and culture, there are ugly women and hot women.

No race is "good-looking" or "ugly", because the variety is far too wide.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Holy crap! I've been saying the EXACT same thing for as long as I remember. I'm glad someone shares my beliefs.

For the people who said no...might I ask why? Or are you all too scared to answer?

Hahahaha, poor baby. :)

As someone posted earlier... I regulate every shade of ass. :)

And as someone else said... they're are 'hot' women and 'ugly' women in every race/ethnicity/culture... women are women man... sample them all. :)

And I guess being Black/Hispanic gives me no grounds to discriminate.

AS

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

u r. Somewhere down the line. But judge not a woman by the color of her skin but by the size of her boobs/ass.

Ok, I'll up the ante.

Would you marry and have kids with someone of a different race?

First I don't even believe in the term "race", we're all human and the window dressing doesn't matter. My only criteria is wether she's hot, and interesting. If she is then she's on my list, end of story.
