Interesting situation. got this # of hb 8. how to pursue

So my buddy was taljing to this girl who recently broke her engagement. Him and her have texted and gained alot of chemistry through phone alone without meeting up. So me and him go meet up with her and her friend for the first time on saturday.

Well, the meetup went very bad for him. He was super nervous and you could tell she wanted to leave the whole time. But, i figured he was nervous cause me and her friend were around, so me and her leave and kick it for about a half hour. Turns out shes cute and cool as hell, but i didnt pull her number from her (i know major mistake)

A couple hours later i call my buddy and im like give me hb8 # im gonna text her. So we text for a few and it went well, so i text her two days later and it goes even better.

However, my buddy had ruined his chance with his girl, so now im wondering if i should still pursue this chick. Usually i wouldnt care but i i dont want to piss him off if i bring her out and she brings her friend with him around.

Also, should i wait to initiate. She seems self conscious and i might have to put work in (inititate more than her). Wondering how long i shoukd wait to contact her again. Dont wanna piss my friend off though, i kinda feel bad i got the better deal out of a meetup he set up, i dont want to make things awkward for him. Pvssy aint worth my boys.
