Just post memes or interesting pics in your stories and women will reply to them or directly DM and you give you an easy in. If you actually put in the effort to build up a decent follower count and do live streams it works even better because you can get whole groups of women to hang with you (though I've never tried that). I've talked to some guys like Owen Cook who described the entire process in detail and I actually saw him directly asking for girls IG instead of their phone #. Michael Sartain has a similar approach with this. And as much as I dislike that looksmaxxing guy (forgot his name) I know that he does live streams with rando women he meets and I can respect that approach because it seems very effective.

I should be clear though, I dislike Instagram and hate social media in general, but I can't pretend it doesn't get results. It's essentially a passive lead generation funnel. And if you are combining it with approaches (live streams or as a simply as replacement for getting phone #) then I would say it's acutually more like a force multiplier.

I don't know why more guys won't accept this. It's like they think they're too cool for it or something. We all want results, so lets stop kidding ourselves.

I'll think about giving this a try. Cold approaching and building friends/acquaintance circles is still the way to go I think but doing Instagram is worth a shot.

It always has been because it's not considered as such.

It has a "socially positive" filter, but is obviously used to maintain orbiters and potential partners from women.

The question is how it could be used by us men to gain any advantage, or if it could help show that we have become men of value.

It is a form of social media and connecting with people. It helps you gauge who is single, who is interested, and makes it easier to start a conversation based on context and shared interests. I currently don’t have one, but I’ll activate mine when my pipeline runs dry.

That said, I think a bad Instagram can do more harm than good, especially if you don’t have much going on visually or socially. If your profile doesn’t show any clear interests, lifestyle, or personality, and you don’t have high attractiveness or status, it can actually work against you rather than help you.

Dude is crazy but tbh I agree with some of his takes. The livestreams are entertaining, and he’s spot on on his mindset about the gym imo
