No offense meant, but this can actually happen in two cases:

a) Your d*ck is not hard enough at the moment. This does not necessarily mean sexual disfunction, you can be too worried, or tired, or anything...

b) You are in a wrong position. I've had a similar problem recently, but after we changed the position, my d*ck went in smoothly.

So. Make sure your erection is OK and indeed try more foreplay and different positions.
