I'm not supposed to work out for a month or do anything strenuous on my brain. Is there a basic plan or simple exercises I can do to MAINTAIN my current shape without losing where I am in my workout plan?

Well im reluctant to recommend any sort of exercise, because it all will be strenuous to maintain your current strength, but i would suggest strongly that you keep that protein count up, and calories enough to minimize any muscle or mass loss

four weeks isnt too long though. You will lose a little weight, but it will come back quickly. Strength might be down for a week but you will adjust quickly. its only a short break.

Phew, that's good to hear. So... protein and calories, I'm guess that means less fat, sodium and bad types of carbs?
