Guys SHOULD be initiating the phone calls to make dates.

You then judge her reaction to these date suggestions and on these dates to see if shes a keeper.

your problem is your focusing way to much on this one chick. You need to date other chicks so that way when this broad doesn't pick up you've got another option.

Stop calling her, and wait for her to call you.
You sound so desperate right now, talk to more women; what are you doing being wrapped up on just one!
And if you haven't heard from her, it is probably because she is BUSY. She is not going to make her life revolved around you, give her some space. Drop her an email if she seems like she is going to respond to it while she is gone.
