"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Does improving yourself require you to take on at least a somewhat negative attitude? I mean think about it....you're not happy with the way you are now....thats why you're trying to make a change.

People workout because they think they're wimpy.

People try to get chicks because they think they are losers who can't.

Etc, etc.

Then again, I'm sure there are people who say "this is good but it could be better".

Personally, myself, I find myself to be more of the pessimistic type. I don't think this is all that bad because its what motivated me in the first to begin improving myself (and god knows I've changed sooo much). However, is it really a healthy attitude to maintain? Does pessimistic thinking create a glass ceiling/limit on how much you can improve yourself. Does it lead to real, solid, lasting improvement or just a quick fix?

Don't know why I started this....just a thought running through my head :p

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

well you must focus on the positive, you find a problem, you do not dwell on it, just try and fix it but focus on your goal of fixing it not on the problem itself.

It's funny if you break self improving down into two phases. One: you improve because you have to. You are sick and tire of the rut you are in, so you improve yourself. 2: you get to a certain level you desire, but you want to improve it, not out of neccesity, but out of wanting to do it.

As long as you are improving, it does not matter which phase the improvement was motivated by.

First of all, being pessimistic is not attractive to women and other people. "Laugh, and the world laughs with you; weep, and you weep alone.

However, working on yourself is in my eyes not a "pessimistic" attitude. Maybe we have different ideas about tihs word.
Take care!

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
