She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
PM me,I started lifting at the same exact height and weight.Yakovinho said:so someone has advice for me?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
I usually hate to be 'scientific' but please provide some evidence that a high protein intake is dangerous for an active, properly hydrated individual who weight trains. Or failing that, tell me one person you know who's had any sort of health problem related to a high protein intake.thecurtainfalls said:Be careful with the 1.5/2g of protein per lb of bodyweight rule, this can be EXTREMELY unhealthy from a nutritional standpoint, especially if you don't work up to it. If you suddenly start pouring that much protein into your relatively small body, you risk kidney stones and other health complications. I'd say that 100-120g per day should give you plenty to work with.
from the way i read it hew was saying that for a skinny fella who doesnt usually eat so much protein jumping straight into it would be unhelathy but working up to it wouldntWarboss Alex said:I usually hate to be 'scientific' but please provide some evidence that a high protein intake is dangerous for an active, properly hydrated individual who weight trains. Kidney stones are caused by mineral deposits in the kidneys. Hence the name 'stone'. Because its like a stone. The mineral deposits form little rocks.thecurtainfalls said:Be careful with the 1.5/2g of protein per lb of bodyweight rule, this can be EXTREMELY unhealthy from a nutritional standpoint, especially if you don't work up to it. I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
