Accutane can cause nervousness. If you want to still give it a go, try to create a relaxing mood and see if that helps. The items I listed above shouldn't cost more than 10 bucks all in. Your call. So it depends on the type of acne she has. There are 3 types. Acutaine is reserved for refractory nodular acne. Which is basically those hard nodules with a red base around them. Spironolactone I believe is for inflammatory moderate acne.
