"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Get a job in some kitchen that pays cash. THe job will suck (probably dishwasing or something like that), but it'll be a little bit of cash under the table, no work permit necessary, and more than likely, if you're bosses like you, they'll make you something to eat when the place is slow for your break (usually for free if they like ya). That's what I did for a few months when I was 14.

Well No1 is to treat the ulcer, there's no point trying to gain if you're ill, especially a GI illness.

Are you Asian? What's the healthcare like in your country?

There are various treatments for ulcers, get it sorted, then start worrying about gaining (on second thoughts, no, whatever you do don't start worrying. :D)

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

the guy said his mom doesnt let him cook. (by the way, what the **** is up with that)?

Do what someone suggested, get a job to get money for food.

Food is the only way you'll grow. Lifting weights doesnt mean **** without a lot of food.

^^worst thing you could do.

Not only does the food taste like ass, its actually really expensive too.

Only thing worthwhile are big huge frozen pizzas because you can munch on one of those for like 2 days if you have 3 slices a meal.

Depending on the size of the pizza thats alot of meals for a cheap price.

hahaha but since i live at home again i dont worry about that ish.

Yeah pizza, and beer as well:rolleyes:

Then you can have another ulcer to keep the other one company:D

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Raman noodles: 10 cents a package. Just wait until you're mom goes to bed, then raid the kitchen.

Buy a bucket of Whey Protein. It digests easily and is cheap compared to other protein sources. A B-Vitamin complex will make more efficient use of the food you already eat.
