“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So finally after 5 months I banged an hb8.5, sweet!
she's a cool chick so I wanted to keep contact - long story short we scheduled a 2nd meetup at my place, and all of the sudden texts me "I can't make it tommorow :(" to which I replied "cool, no worries. We'll catch up soon.."

But...It's not cool. I'm angry. I waited a whole week for this meetup. I cleaned and bleached my entire house, bought a fancy expensive lube (that's right) and marinated some chicken breast for tomorrow, I'm super pissed!
Let alone FINALLY getting some action after hundreds of rejections, dozens of flakes and disappointments.

Now when I vented and poured my emotions out I feel more logical.

I won't text or call her until next week. If she contacts me I don't respond, even if I have absolutely nothing to do at the moment.

Most of you will tell me I need to go spin more plates, not give a damn etc but it's just like telling a person who doesn't know how to swim "it's simple! just try not to drown".

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Not really, it's more like telling someone who doesn't know how to swim to move their arms and kick their legs. Sure, it's not detailed, but it is what you need to do.

In the meantime, I always suggest Stoic philosophy and meditation for curing poor emotional regulation.
