What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No man, it looks like she's diamond in the rough. Those that are a challenge are the ones worth keeping. LTR/wife material.
You need to tell her how you really feel. You know, one of those "heart to heart" talks. Take her out to a nice dinner at a nice restaurant, candlelit, dressed up, the violins playing, have flowers and chocolate ready, and if possible, rent a limo. Pay the hostess/server a good tip to ensure a good table/view.
When you are there, tell her you really think she's special, and if she would only honor you by giving you a good chance to prove to her how good you are for her. By then she will realize you are not a jerk/player or like any of the rest of the guys she thinks she really likes.
Tell her you will change and do whatever it takes to make that work.
If this doesn't work, then just pour it on very heavy and thick, and do more, to a larger scale of what I just told you.

You need to give us more details bro...
okay well, I've known her since 8th grade we never really talked cause well, I was the weird kid and she was the stuck up brat, anyway we started talking last year maybe around october for the first time ever, we started texting back an forth alot, finally asked her for lunch, and during this lunch she made a comment that she has trouble trusting guys and she wants to get to know a guy to see if he as any hidden plans or tricks, anyway, we continued to talk for 3 hours, then we had to end the lunch as we both had errands, anyway, she hasn't talked to me since, i assume shes not interested but, she usually has some sort of depressing msg, on her msn name like "alone forever" "why do I even bother" just **** like that so, that makes me think shes depressed and I kinda want to bail, but I don't at the same time. thats pretty much the jist of it.
