I'm looking for a mentor in the San Diego area

I'm an older newbie DJ, late 40's. Interested in finding a mentor in my area that can help me out some. Advice, suggestions, maybe sarging once in awhile. Prefer around my age.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The guys who are good enough to mentor won't just come out and help you for no reason. Usually you have to offer them something like beers, women, or some skillsets that you can teach. Give and take my friend.

My advice would be since you live in the San Diego area to find a bootcamp program. They are expensive but well worth it.
