I've learned that they flirt and stuff and negate to mention boy friends.. Obviously I don't react.

But what is up?

Flirt while you can and then your friend accidentally spills the beans of a boy friend?

Is this a hot guy problem and I don't find myself to be that hot?

Or like a cheating situation in the making? Branch swing?

Or something off the wall?

Women like to flirt. Maybe you are hotter than you realise although you are the only guy on the team.
Flirt back. It's fun. Don't take it further because it will make your life hell and jeopardise your job.

If they mention boyfriends, don't give a f-ck. They may be seeing how you react, do you get butthurt or not. Laugh it off, shrug, say what a lucky guy he is, tease her about how patient he must be..etc.
Enjoy it.

Her friend may be competing.. Could be an imaginary boyfriend? Yes, they'll lie to look better. Or maybe, she does have a boyfriend. Big deal, they are not married. If it is a serious LTR, she wouldn't be flirting.

Show interest, then back off and see what happens. This is good opportunity to apply cognitive dissonance aka walking away without physically walking away.

I don't hire women for my sales staff unless they are absolute knockouts. Unfortunately I don't get to have fun with them. On the bright side that commission is amazing.
