Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Seriously, I can throw some pretty good game out when im out and about doing my thing. Pull here, pull there everywhere a pull pull. I work hard, big build, natural leader. But im so out of touch with LTRs that I cant even get one started. I think ive posted this before here.

Ill admit, I have many a nights where I AFC out and go into beta mode. We all have those nights, I dont care how alpha you are. But Im starting to get back into the booze. Ive had addictions at a young age, and the lonliness is bringing it all back, I dont even wanna use that as an excuse but hey.

See? Completely beta second paragraph. Its disgusting.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Being alpha is like being rich, famous, or anything else women like. It will help you get a woman, but it has very little to do with keeping one.

Being "alpha" doesn't mean you're not human and don't have moments of weakness, sadness, depression, etc.

There seems to be a misconception among many men that being "alpha" is like being come kind of Superman. That's not what it means.

Think of any man you consider alpha. You think they've never been down? You think they've never cried? I like to use Tony Soprano as a good example (even though he is fictional). We see many times in The Sopranos where Tony gets sad, depressed or has other moments of weakness.

We are all human.

Do not drink alone if you had problems in the past.

I'm guessing that you're drinking to cope and pass times of loneliness. Spend that free time to improve your life.
