Im tryin to get ripped and im slightly on the skinny side. So if i cant help my ice cream eating habits how bad is that gonna effect my ability to get ripped.

well considerin you're on the skinny side it isn't so bad... you would have no chance if you were fat and couldn't stop eating it. It won't help though

You definitely should minimize ice cream on a cutting diet. If you have no discipline then you may as well forget about any significant reduction in body fat%.

If you're on a bulking diet. Think of it this way: If you fill up on ice cream then you won't have room in your stomach to eat good foods like egg whites, cottage cheese, vegetables, brown rice, etc.

This applies to a temporary addiction. Sooner or later eating too much ice cream will catch up to you, especially after you've bulked up.

not really looking to bulk up, im just looking to stay toned if not get more toned. I usually eat only 2 bowls a day but there mighty big ill tell yea. besides that i eat extremely healthy and it hasnt effected me that much yet but if it gonna catch up with me then thats what im worried about.

Dont know if you know this but eating alot of icecream can give you kidney stones!! You dont want them!!

holy ****, 2 bowls a day? that's waaaaaay too much man

everything in moderation. would you eat 2 chocolate bars a day? (that's 14 chocolate bars a week!!!)

U should see the size of the bowls. i go through about a gallon every 2 weeks. yea i got it bad but its not like im a huge fatass. im 5'5 113 pounds. im actually pretty ripped but i just dont think its that healthy and i cant stop eating it!!

Switch to frozen yogurt, its better for you, and still tastes good.
