Im a skinny Fat Guy

It wierd but I happen to be skinny and fat at the same time. I weigh 150 lbs im 5'10. I have fat around my stomach and my back and my thighs are big but my ams and my foreamrs are small. Most of my fat is on my stomach. I think I have a 16% body fat, i used this machine to check. Now i want to weightlift and build mass and get bigger weigh around 175 lbs eventually. But my body looks like sh*t right now, its not tonned or defined, i have a roll on my stomach. So i figured that for right now it would be better if i got rid of the bodyfat that i have and maintain all the muscle that i possibly can. I want to go to the beach, even if im skinny, a toned body with no fat with abs showing is a better body. I figure that after I lose all that extra fat, then I can start working out, by eating more but still keeping the carbs low, it would be kinda impossible to be as fat as i am now if i work it off first then start the weighlifting.

What do u guys think

okay

I was planning for some low intense cardio in the mornings and cutting down on the carbs early in the evnings and avoiding pastas and white breads and things of that sort. Now I just dont know what a low intensity exercise would be?

Walking, swimming, light jogging .. just eat well and be active, you'll see the difference over the course of weeks and months.
