This affords me a certain level of humility that most people (and women) don't expect from a guy who looks the way I do. I approach most situations with an open mindset and willingness to learn, rather than believing I already know everything. I am friendly to people who have nothing to offer me, purely because I appreciate their company. I am forthcoming and honest in my dealings with women, and don't fall into a stereotypical label as a f***boy, despite not seeking long-term relationships.

To answer OP, simply be a well-rounded, decent human being.

I believe it depends on who you are attracting and who you want to attract.

Low-value girls will always be attracted to things like 1 million followers on Instagram, trips to Dubai, and luxury cars.

In other words, status.

This has probably always attracted them since the dawn of time. Historically, status was often tied to physical prowess, a man's ability to protect and provide, and his position in a social hierarchy. Think of a warrior's strength, a king's power, or a landowner's wealth.

High-value girls can be attracted to emotional stability and that kind of stuff. But that's rare. You need to look carefully.

You are approaching that age where the importance of status and money gets bigger and bigger compared to looks and game.

While looks is still important the threeshold gets slightly lower while the status and money one get gradually higher.

Which venues are you using to seduce? With your physique and location (Las Vegas), I would recommend focusing on commercialized pool parties. Commercialized pool parties are pools with often with DJs connected to a business (bar/restaurant, hotel) with hundreds of semi-strangers attending. Las Vegas has many of these. Commercialized pool parties would give you an opportunity to show off your physique more.

The things you mention fall on the money, status, and personality side. These are good features for a man seeking an LTR in his 30s and beyond. It's difficult to pinpoint when they start to become more relevant, but I think it falls somewhere between 30-35.
