If you were drunk and in your drunkness you were clowning about but it came out as verbally abusive would you apologise to those said people?

Was the "verbal abuse" you just getting drunk enough to be honest with them, or you intentionally going out of your way to hurt their feelings?

Personally I never apologize for how I feel about people, I may hold it back at times to keep the peace but I never apologize for it.

However, if you did it solely for the purpose of hurting someone, then yes you should.

Well...it depends on your relationship I guess. If they didn't like you that much you probably can't make up for it, so then you should just let it go.
