"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Was the "verbal abuse" you just getting drunk enough to be honest with them, or you intentionally going out of your way to hurt their feelings?

Personally I never apologize for how I feel about people, I may hold it back at times to keep the peace but I never apologize for it.

However, if you did it solely for the purpose of hurting someone, then yes you should.

Well...it depends on your relationship I guess. If they didn't like you that much you probably can't make up for it, so then you should just let it go.
