Lets say you were somewhat wealthy with about a 5 million dollar net worth.

How would you leverage money to get more women in your life?

Here are some of my ideas.

Some are not that great -- so bare with me -- just brainstorming:

1.) Hire social people to approach women at bars and pull them into your social circle (ie afterparties)
2.) Get a cool place and have big parties at your place and develop a large social circle.
3.) Hire people to optimize / maximize your social media and dating profiles.
4.) Start or acquire a business that revolves around hot women (ie modeling agency).
5.) Start events in your city for charity and become a local celebrity.
6.) Start a bar in your area and become a local celebrity.
7.) Get a party boat and have your people invite women onto it.
8.) Travel often and maximize your dating options.

Update: I don't mean for the person to spend all of the money. I just mean what kind of dating-related things would you consider using money to leverage at this level?

The I'd add join organizations, or take up hobbies that cost a lot of money, etc.; while shmoozing, other members' wives will ask you about your marital status, and when you say you are currently single, they will look to do matchmaking, and probably with single, in-shape women - whereas for us plebes, they'd set us up with single-mommy whales.

Travel is also a good idea - better yet, join a travel club.

I realize practical advice might not be the point of this thread, but as a CPA I feel obligated to give some. I'd stash $ 2-2.5 million away immediately in a diversified mid-risk investment portfolio that incorporates high-yield dividend paying equities. Rationale: you could feasibly live off of the income generated off of this $2.5 million for the majority of the rest of your life. Why is this important in the scheme of this question, because in the real world, financial security can have a HUGE impact on how confident a person is, and if its universally accepted that confidence attracts women, then financial stability fits into this.

Why is earmarking such a big chunk so important? Because in 2023 (inflation ain't a myth), you could EASILY burn through $5 million with some of your schemes, and be broke and on the street in a matter of years. You can only party for so long in the manner you're envisioning. And remember, even the Great Gatsby was an AFC and only through those lavish parties to impress Daisy (and guess what, Gatsby still ends up shot dead in his pool).

Only after you've done this should you move on to other schemes. I'd avoid the ones that directly involve hiring people/acquiring/setting up businesses. Why? Well for one, people (especially quality people) are expensive. While I agree that social proof is key, this seems like most of these suggestions would yield a low ROI. Of your ideas, I support the boat, not because its a good financial investment, but rather because I like boats, and its all about not losing focus of who you are, and surrounding yourself with things you enjoy.

Money and the flashy things it can buy will only get you so far, you'd be surprised how many wealthy people choose not to flaunt (and I include at least two I know who have had multiple mistresses among them).

Anyone with 5 million dollars wouldn't do any of this. One, they are busy working on improving themselves. Two, it does nothing to help them grow or prosper. This is all for being noticed, celebrity, or for female attention. If a person wanted females and had 5 million dollars, he could hire a pro, sugar daddy or a variety of other options.

Investing in a uber-elite, Christian Grey style IG profile might not be a bad idea.

I agree.
I didn't meant to say to burn through it.
I just meant the advantages opens up.. if any..

But I don't see a ton of freedoms it opens up.

Everyone says having money gets so much...

Maybe so, but I see it more with super rich, like 100m+ ..

I dont know about that. I know someone with probably 2 million and a robust social life. Has not super flashy/cheesy -- just has a nice boat and house that do a lot for him socially. I don't think he'd want pros or sugar babies.

7.) Get a party boat and have your people invite women onto it.

I used to be into the party cove lake scene. For those that don't know, its where everyone ties up their boats at the lake and it turns into one giant party with booze, music, and girls in the water. Its pretty much anything goes.

This old guy had a big yacht(WET RAT) he took to party cove about every weekend throughout the summer. He was famous for having all the hot girls and free booze. On the boat they kept a book with pictures of all the girls that got naked. The rest of the pics(girls that had their bikini's on) got posted on his website every Monday.

Its pretty easy to get into this scene, even if you don't have a boat. But the bigger the boat, the more hot girls you get.

ohh but there are a lot of guys in the lake scene who do. They just don't sit around stacking dollars every day, they like to unwind as well.

A girl I dated told me stories of a group of wealthy guys that had a place in south Florida she would visit. They'd fly hot girls in for the weekend and its was one big party. Give them credit cards, send them shopping, get the party started, drinks flowing, then try and bang them. If you didn't put out, you didn't get invited back.

There's a stigma attached with hiring escorts/sugar babies and this is a way around it.

What do you think Epstein and all the rich guys he partied with did on his private island?

Rich people just sit around counting their money and behaving themselves?

I was thinking the kind of things the OP was talking about sounds like someone with a lot more than $5 million. I like the idea of widening his social circle though. Honestly, I couldn't stand it now days (introvert that I am), but back in my 20s I would have eaten it up. On the self improvement side: Maybe hire a personal trainer or chef (I like the idea of not having to think about food, just take it off your mind altogether by having someone else be responsible for it).

Agree. OP's scheme sounds like someone with at least $50 million onwards, not 5.

So if the question is about $50 million, as long as you're not retarded, the lifestyle and mindset you have at that point would make women plan schemes to get to you, not vice versa.

I’d was 30 or younger, I’d invest half. I’d get into medical school or into a degree program that made me happy, I’d buy a nice condo near school and just do my thing. They’d show up in droves.

Graduate students, especially medical, I’d say 70% of them are hot.

I would invest part of it with a great plastic surgeon to fix minor issues here and there even before than working on status or social circle.

Truth is that those 5 millions can be used to make more and even before you realize it, you find yourself to be desired from women while you're not even doing anything directly to do it.

$5 million is a solid net worth. It could make a person set for life if managed well and the person might not need to work another day of their life at this net worth. We don't know the age of the hypothetical $5 million net worth guy. I am guessing for this exercise that the thread respondent assumes his own current age with a $5 million net worth. I'll review the ideas one by one below.

Idea 1: Not exciting. Likely would be too much effort for not a great return.

Idea 2: Good idea. Depends on how big of parties, how often you have parties, and how cool your place is. Does the man own/rent?

It's an idea where a man could go broke if he had too big of parties, too frequent of parties, or bought too much/too nice of a place. It also depends on where his social circle stands right now.

I like the idea, but it's an idea that has limited value. It could work with a decent pre-existing social circle and parties every so often (once every 2-3 months if the man wants to spin plates and not get into an LTR), and he's not overspending on real estate and keeping the guest list reasonable.

Idea 3: Interesting, but no. Your dating profile depends most on what you look like, though displays of wealth/status can help. Your social media profiles depends on what you do in your free time. A man can't hire people to maximize social media/dating profiles if he doesn't have an exciting life.

Idea 4: This is a great way to lose $5 million. No.

Idea 5: There are scenes around charity events in certain cities. The better play is to try to get to those events. Starting events seems like wasted effort. Basically no to this one, with the exception of occasionally attending an existing charity event. Also, charity events likely haven't recovered from the pandemic. Even if they are taking place, as more of them were in 2022, a lot of people aren't that excited for a non-essential crowded event like a charity event. Attending the charity events was likely a better play pre-2020 than post-2020.

Also, the charity events are more of the hot older women types (30s/40s) than peak SMV 18-29 year olds. Many of those 30s/40s hotties at charity events are married women. I don't think there's a great pickup scene at charity events in most cities. The best bet at one of these in an attractive, childless 30s/40s woman, and even that's a tough demographic to find at those events.

Idea 6: This is a great way to lose $5 million. No.

Idea 7: Along with Idea 2, this is probably the best one. Like #2, it has limited value and the details need to be managed correctly. I'll get into it below.

Idea 8: I'd say no. A lot of travel is geared towards people in existing relationships and not single/unattached people. Additionally, travel doesn't help for LTRs regardless of net worth.

7.) Get a party boat and have your people invite women onto it.

This is a good article but a man might need to have above a $5 million net worth to play that game. Boats are expensive and not every boat is conducive to being a pusssy magnet.

If you have a $5 million net worth, you can probably afford to buy a boat that is good enough to attract pusssy. The problems become upkeep, marina fees, fuel, and party costs. Is this the best way use money to get women? A man would have to be quite careful in this.

Some of this depends on where you live. Do you live close enough to bodies of water to make this happen?
