This is actually pretty important if you do not love yourself then it is next to impossible to really love another person or for someone to truly love and appreciate you. The great thing is if you make improvements, and constanly improve yourself you will love yourself. Now that is true love. Others will see this and want to be around you.

If it definitely not the easiest thing in the world there isn't some magic pill. No-one can really give you that answer it comes form within. You won't find it in forums or books. Sure they are great tools and reference points. They key is to go out, live life, and improve yourself. If you are not in shape go to the gym, pick up some cool hobbies, do those things you have always wanted to do but never even got started. GET OFF YOUR ASS AND LIVE... We all create our own prisons, but we also hold the key.
